Shipping costs, VAT & delivery time

At Unikol Lampenmarkt, we strive to deliver your orders to your doorstep quickly and efficiently. We understand how important it is that you receive your products on time, which is why we’ve made our shipping process as simple as possible.

All our products are ecologically packaged with recycled materials. We do this to minimize our impact on the environment. If you place your order and pay before 16:00 and the product is in stock, your order will be shipped the same day. This means that you can enjoy your new lighting quickly.

In addition, we offer free shipping for orders over €75,-. For orders below this amount, we charge a fixed shipping fee of €6.95. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. It allows you to easily track your package until it is delivered to your doorstep.

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace code.
  2. How can I track my order?
    • You can track your order via the Track & Trace link that you will receive in the confirmation email.
  3. What happens if my order is out of stock?
    • If a product is out of stock, we will contact you to inform you of the expected delivery time or to discuss an alternative solution.
  4. Can I change or cancel my order?
    • Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
  5. What should I do if I haven’t received my order?
    • First check the status of your order via the Track & Trace link. If there are still problems, please contact us through our customer service.
  6. Are there any additional costs for shipping abroad?
    • At the moment we only ship within the Netherlands. We’re working on shipping internationally soon, too.
