Return Policy

At Unikol lamp market, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a cooling-off period of 14 days during which you can return the product without giving any reason. This period starts on the day of receipt of the product. After your return notification, you have 14 days to return the product.

How does it work?

  1. Return request: Send us an email [emailadres] to register your return and fill in the model form.
  2. Shipping: If possible, return the unused product in its original packaging to our address:

  3. Return costs: The costs for the return are for your account.

Refund

  • We will reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery charges charged by us for the returned product (if the entire order is returned).
  • The amount will be refunded within 14 days, following the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal.
  • Unless we offer to collect the product yourself, we may withhold a refund until we have received the product or until you prove that you have returned the product, whichever is earlier.
  • We will use the same payment method you used for refunds, unless you agree to a different method. The refund is free of charge for you.

Important

  • If you have chosen a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery, we do not have to refund the additional costs for the more expensive method.
  • Be sure to include the model form in your return.
