With us you can use the following payment methods:
IDEAL. To make it as easy as possible for you, you can also use Klarna Pay Afterwards or Klarna Pay in Installments.
Frequently asked questions about payments
I have already paid for my product but still want to cancel it, what should I do?
Send us an email with:
- Order number
- EAN code of product
We will then contact the supplier if necessary to cancel the order. As soon as the order is cancelled, we will immediately refund the amount paid.
If the order is already on its way and we can no longer cancel it, the general return conditions apply. You can find it here.
What should I do if my payment is debited but I haven’t received a confirmation email?
In that case, please contact us directly via info@unikol-lampenmarkt.nl so that we can be of service to you as soon as possible.
This usually happens due to an incorrect entry in the customer data, which means that the order does not come through in its entirety. Fortunately, we can always adjust this manually. Therefore, please contact us before placing a new order.
My Order has been cancelled but my money is not yet in my account, what now?
Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days after the cancellation of the order.
